The Villa

Casa Vacanza Calipso is a welcoming multi-story villa of approximately 150 square meters, ideal for up to 10 people. It is located on Via Itaca (Piazzale Santa Laura 31), a short walk from the sea and the historic center of Sperlonga, in a strategic position for experiencing the town without a car.

The villa offers spacious indoor and outdoor spaces: balconies, a large panoramic terrace, and a garden furnished with a table for al fresco dining and a relaxation area. Just 500 meters away is the "La Lanterna" beach club, which has a special agreement with the property and is included in the price of your stay. Nearby are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a playground, restaurants, and the Saturday market.

Inside, the entrance leads to a functional living room, followed by a spacious eat-in kitchen with a large extendable table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, moka pot, and much more. A French door connects the kitchen to the garden, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. This level also features a guest bathroom.

The sleeping area is spread over several floors:

• On the first floor: a double bedroom with wardrobe and a twin bedroom perfect for children or teenagers, plus a full bathroom.
• On the second floor: a bedroom with two joinable single beds, direct access to the terrace.
• Downstairs: a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a play area and a third full bathroom.

All rooms are spacious, bright and can also accommodate a cot.

The villa is equipped with free air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets (fixed or mobile) and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Interaction with Guests

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.
