The Villa

Casa Vacanza Maresol 6 is a delightful beachfront villa with a private garden and beach access, located at Via Salette 65. Its location is absolutely privileged: just cross the driveway and you'll find yourself with your feet in the sand, overlooking one of the clearest and most beautiful stretches of coastline on the Lazio coast. It feels like being in a little corner of the Caribbean, surrounded by greenery and the soothing sound of the sea.

The villa has approximately 50 square meters of interior space, a large outdoor space with a furnished patio, and a beautiful garden perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing with a book, or letting the children play safely. To complete the experience, a reserved umbrella and two sun loungers are available at the Lido La Nave beach resort, easily accessible on foot.

The home is located about 1 km from the town center, easily accessible via a cycle and pedestrian path. It's therefore the perfect choice for those seeking relaxation in contact with nature, while still being within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Inside, a hallway leads to a bathroom with shower, a well-appointed double bedroom, and a living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining table. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed and an LCD TV. The house is ideal for 4 guests.

Casa Maresol 6 is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning (free of charge) and stays cool and breezy even in the hottest months. Mosquito nets and a small play area for the little ones are also included.

Please note : The house is reached via a pedestrian path of approximately 50 meters with steps. This may be difficult for those with mobility issues, but our staff will be happy to assist you with your luggage.

Interaction with Guests

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

How to get there

• By car: It's not necessary to enter the center of Sperlonga. From the SS Flacca, take the road in the Salette area next to the sports complex. Continue for about 200 meters until the pedestrian access

• By train: Fondi/Sperlonga station (connected by bus and taxi)

• By plane: convenient access from all airports in Lazio and Campania
