Casa Vacanza Maresol 6 is a seaside villa with Caribbean features. Leaving the gate of the driveway of the house you are on the beach with a sea in front that is one of the most beautiful and clean of the entire coast. We are in Via Salette n. 65 where a pedestrian gate leads to the house on the sea. The house is over 50 square meters inside with a large outdoor space and garden. A patio on the sea and a pleasant garden make the location wonderful. The afternoon hours in the garden, on the beach or under the patio are pleasant in every season for a good book or a chat with friends or simply relaxing with a good tea and maybe a good book. We are about a kilometer from the town center and a convenient pedestrian and cycle path makes it pleasant to go to the town for evening outings and for daily shopping. There is a reserved umbrella at the La Nave beach resort reachable via direct access from the condominium avenue of the house by the sea. The location of the house is perfect for those who want a full-immersion in tranquility by the sea a little away from the fun and noise of the more touristy center of Sperlonga. In the town we find the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

After parking the car in a private and free parking lot, you head towards the house via the dedicated driveway. The outdoor space of the house is huge and very pleasant with a real dive into the greenery. Entering from the front door of the house you find yourself in a hallway that leads to a bathroom complete with shower and all accessories, leads to the double bedroom complete with wardrobes and accessories and leads to the room used as a dining area with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is open to the American and also includes the dining table. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, goblets, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. In the dining area there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The house is comfortable for up to 4 guests. Leaving the front door you are in front of an unparalleled sea view and a beautiful garden. There is also a play area for children and an LCD TV. Casa Maresol 6 is very pleasant and equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. The use of air conditioning is free. The house is very fresh and ventilated and is generally not necessary.

They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

NB: The villa can be reached from the main road by a pedestrian path about 50 meters long. It is not flat and has steps that could make it difficult for those with mobility difficulties to use. Our staff will be at your disposal to help you carry your bags home.

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents you will be given the directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise can be done from Monday to Friday. Extra expenses

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Beach service is included at the La Nave beach resort, which is the most elegant and functional that Sperlonga has to offer. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers. The resort is in Via Salette at n. 24 and is attached to the house's access to the sea. A few steps and you are under your exclusive umbrella. The service is active from about April 1st to about October 15th.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is entirely paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is €2.50 per day for guests over 18 years of age and for the entire stay. It must be paid in cash upon check-in.

· Late check-in:

Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these hours a supplement for extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

· A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- Inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

- We can arrange private transportation to and from the airport

· We are able to accommodate the following requests should you need them:

- extra cleaning during your stay

- washing and ironing

- crib

- babysitter

- guided tours of Sperlonga and surroundings and tickets entrance to the main attractions

- boat excursions both along the coast and on the Pontine Islands with our company I Love Charter

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20.00 per night will be requested up to a maximum of € 100.00 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed.

We would like to inform you that there are no beaches that allow animals in Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers much to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a beach with fine sand that adults and children are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass in the company of friends. A few steps lower we find the Belvedere walk which is wonderful. Be careful, you could fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many towns and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient seafaring city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you do not have to enter Sperlonga but you have to go to the seaside area called Salette. From the Flacca state road you will notice a sports facility with attached soccer fields and a very large tensile structure. Go along them and you will arrive right in front of the driveway that leads to the house. For those arriving by train, the most convenient station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served extensively by taxis and buses to our town. The ideal stop for those arriving by bus is the one at the "Campo Sportivo". For those arriving by plane, there is no advice to give as they are all within comfortable distances of Sperlonga.
