The Apartment

Casa Vacanza Scilla is a comfortable 90-square-meter apartment located at Via Valle 122, in the heart of Sperlonga and just steps from the sea. It's almost on the ground floor and can be reached by just five steps. The apartment is ideal for up to 6/7 people, thanks to its spacious, well-organized, and functional spaces.

The accommodation features a large balcony and a private terrace, perfect for letting the little ones play safely or relaxing in the sun with a good book. The strategic location allows you to walk to Lido La Lanterna (included in the price), the pharmacy, the supermarket, the Saturday market and numerous bars and restaurants.

Inside, a hallway connects all areas of the home: the living area, kitchen, sleeping area, and bathroom. The two bedrooms both have king-size beds and large closets, and one has an additional single bed. The spacious spaces are also suitable for a crib.

The bathroom, centrally located between the bedrooms, features a bathtub with shower curtain, washing machine, and all amenities. The living room features a double sofa bed, dining table, LCD TV, and direct access to the balcony and terrace.

The separate, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, pots and pans, glasses, a moka pot, and a dining table. It has access to the balcony, ideal for al fresco breakfasts or dinners. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (free of charge) and movable or fixed mosquito nets.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.
