Casa Vacanza Scilla is a very pleasant apartment of about 90 square meters with a large balcony and a small terrace useful for children's games. Comfortable for 6/7 guests. We are in Via Valle n. 122, almost on the ground floor. There are 5 steps to access the house. It is a few steps from the sea and right in the center. The balcony has good exposure to the sun to enjoy and relax with a good tea and maybe a good book. The location of the house is fantastic and a few meters away we find the La Lanterna bathing establishment included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

Upon entering the house we find a hallway that connects the living room, kitchen and sleeping area with bathroom. The two bedrooms are both equipped with a king size double bed and one of the two has an additional single bed. Both have large wardrobes and consoles with mirrors. The house also has a play area for the little ones. The rooms are very large and a cot can easily be inserted. Between the two bedrooms we find the bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower curtain and complete with every other accessory including the washing machine. A short distance away is the living room with a double sofa bed, LCD TV, table and various types of furniture. From the living room you can access the balcony and the terrace. During the hottest hours, you can open the curtains and get some pleasant shade.

The kitchen, on the left side of the hallway, large and comfortable, also includes a dining table. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, pans, dishes, plates, glasses, goblets, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. From the kitchen you can access the adjacent balcony.

The house is very cool and on the hottest summer days there is free air conditioning.

They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Guest Access

Casa Vacanza Scilla is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents you will be given the directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise can be done from Monday to Friday. Extra expenses

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Beach service is included at the La Lanterna beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer for families. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers + 1 director's chair. The resort is central to the town and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from around April 1st to around October 15th.

The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n.100 in the period from 1/05 approximately to 30/10 approximately. In other periods the parking is municipal which is paid in some particular periods.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

· Late check-in:

Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these hours a supplement for extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

· A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- Inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

- We can arrange private transportation to and from the airport

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if Small and if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20.00 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100.00 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed.

We would like to inform you that there are no beaches that allow animals in Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers much to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a beach with fine sand that adults and children are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass in the company of friends. A few steps lower we find the Belvedere walk which is wonderful. Be careful, you could fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many towns and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient seafaring city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga from the side towards Rome arriving in Via Valle at no. 122. A gate delimits the condominium. The parking space will be 500 meters away in Via delle Vite no. 100. For those arriving by train, the most functional station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served extensively by taxis and buses towards our town. For those arriving by plane there is no advice to give as all are at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
