The Apartment

Casa Vacanza Scilla is a comfortable apartment of about 90 square meters, located in Via Valle 122, in the center of Sperlonga and a few steps from the sea. It is located almost on the ground floor and is accessible with only 5 steps. The apartment is ideal for hosting up to 6/7 people, thanks to the large, well-distributed and functional spaces.

The accommodation has a large balcony and a private terrace, perfect for letting the little ones play safely or for relaxing in the sun with a good book. The strategic position allows you to walk to Lido La Lanterna (included in the price), the pharmacy, the supermarket, the Saturday market and numerous clubs and restaurants.

Inside, a hallway connects all areas of the house: the living area, the kitchen, the sleeping area and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are both double with king size bed and large wardrobes, and one has an additional single bed. The spaces are large, also suitable for the insertion of a cot.

The bathroom, central between the bedrooms, is complete with bathtub with shower curtain, washing machine and all accessories. The living room is equipped with double sofa bed, dining table, LCD TV and direct access to the balcony and terrace.

The kitchen is separate, spacious and fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishes, pots, glasses, moka and table for meals. It has access to the balcony, ideal for breakfast or dinner outdoors. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (free use) and mobile or fixed mosquito nets.

Interaction with Guests

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the offices of Charter Nautico Sperlonga (Via Flacca km 13.300) for registration. From there you will receive all the instructions to access the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be agreed upon according to needs.

Welcome Gift

For each reservation made, we will be happy to offer you a credit of €30.00 to spend at I Love Charter for one of the following services:

• Rent a boat or dinghy with or without a boat license
• "Pontine Islands" Tour or "The Circeo Caves" Tour

Alternatively, you will be entitled to two free tickets for the mini cruise “Grotta Azzurra Sperlonga” , upon purchase of at least one ticket. The cruise is available at 14:00 and 15:30.

The date and time of the tour must be agreed directly with the company organizing the excursion, based on availability and weather conditions.

The value of the gift will be deducted from the total price of the chosen tour, and you will only need to pay the difference.

• By car: enter Sperlonga from the Rome side; follow Via Valle to number 122. The entrance is delimited by a condominium gate
