Casa Vacanza Omero is a fabulous villa of about 150 square meters with large balconies and a terrace overlooking the sea. Comfortable for 10 guests divided into four rooms with double and single beds of various types. In the TV lounge there is a comfortable sofa. We are in Via Omero snc, a few steps from the sea and the center. The location of the house is fantastic and about 600 meters away we find the Lido La Nave beach resort included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturdays. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, bars on the sea, restaurants, pizzerias and much more.

Entering the house we find a pleasant and functional kitchen complete with every accessory, including a dishwasher. It is large and comfortable, includes a huge dining table, a comfortable sofa and a generous 42-inch LCD TV. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, pans, dishes, plates, glasses, goblets, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. From the kitchen you can access through a beautiful French window to the garden area where it will be pleasant to have a drink with friends or relax in the sun on a comfortable lounger. On the kitchen floor we find a large bathroom complete with shower.

Going up one floor we arrive at the first sleeping area. We find a double bedroom with a king size bed and a large wardrobe, with a balcony and a window and a very pleasant bedroom for 2 children also with windows. On this level we find an additional bathroom complete with shower. Going up another level we find a double bedroom complete with everything and a king size bed. From this bedroom, going out onto the terrace the view is wonderful. From the entrance/kitchen floor it is possible to go down one level and find an additional bathroom with a large sleeping area. A double bed, 2 beds, a play area and a pleasant LCD TV make the environment warm and familiar. The bathroom is complete with sink, shower with tub, bidet but there is no toilet. This part of the house has an additional independent entrance. All the rooms and areas are very large and a cot can easily be inserted.

Villa Omero is very recent, from the systems to the TV and the furniture. All the rooms of the house are equipped with radiators for the winter periods and air conditioning for the summer, the use of which is free. The outdoor garden is very convenient for children's games, to enjoy relaxation before and after the sea and to comfortably accommodate two cars.

They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Guest Access

Casa Vacanza Omero is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi, it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy all your needs from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. This house is suitable for self check-in, the method of which will be agreed later according to your needs.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise will be possible from Monday to Friday. Extra expenses

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 nights, a weekly linen change is included.

Beach service is included at the Lido La Nave beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer for families and groups of friends. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The establishment is central in the town and is in Via Salette n.24. The service is active from about April 1st to about October 15th.

The house has internal parking spaces.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

· Extra check-in: Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these hours, a supplement for extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

· A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

- we can arrange private transportation to and from the airport

· We are able to accommodate the following requests should you require them:- extra cleaning during your stay

- washing and ironing

- crib

- babysitter

- guided tours of Sperlonga and its surroundings and entrance tickets to attractions main

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20.00 per night will be requested up to a maximum of € 100.00 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed.

We would like to inform you that there are no beaches that allow animals in Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers much to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a beach with fine sand that adults and children are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass in the company of friends. A few steps lower we find the Belvedere walk which is wonderful. Be careful, you could fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many towns and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient seafaring city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga from the side towards Terracina. A few meters from the roundabout that takes you to leave the SS Flacca state road, turn immediately left and you will find yourself in Via Omero. The 2nd villa on the left is Nostra Omero. For those arriving by train, the most convenient station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served by taxis and buses to our town. For those arriving by plane there is no advice to give as they are all within easy distances of Sperlonga.
