The Villa

Villa Omero is a spacious and bright detached residence of approximately 150 square meters, spread over multiple levels and featuring large balconies, a sea-view terrace, and a private garden. It can accommodate up to 10 people in four comfortable bedrooms, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends.

Located on Via Omero, a short walk from the center and about 600 meters from the sea, the villa enjoys a prime location. Nearby are the Lido La Nave (a partner beach club), supermarkets, a pharmacy, a Saturday market, and numerous bars, restaurants, and children's play areas.

The main entrance leads into a large, fully equipped kitchen/living room with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, pots and pans, dishes, and glasses. A large dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a 42" LCD TV complete the space. From here, a French door leads to the furnished garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying al fresco aperitifs. Also on this floor is a spacious bathroom with a shower.

The first floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and balcony, a twin bedroom for children, and a second bathroom with a shower. Further up, there's a second master bedroom with a sea-view terrace. Going down one level, there is a fourth independent sleeping area with a double bed, two single beds, a play area, an LCD TV, and a bathroom with a tub/shower and sink (no toilet or bidet).

All rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The villa features independent heating, air conditioning (free of charge), unlimited Wi-Fi, and mosquito nets.

The fenced garden is ideal for children and has enough space to comfortably park two cars.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

• By car: enter Sperlonga from the direction of Terracina, shortly after the roundabout turn left onto Via Omero. The villa is on the left (second house)
