The Villa

Villa Nikita is a splendid detached holiday home with direct beach access, located on Via Salette, in one of the quietest and most pristine areas of Sperlonga. Perfect for those dreaming of a seaside holiday, the villa is surrounded by nature and offers maximum privacy thanks to its fenced garden and furnished outdoor patio.

Just 10 metres away is the Summer Time beach establishment, where 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers are reserved free of charge for guests. The privileged location, practically facing the sea, allows you to enjoy a stay in complete relaxation, amidst the scent of the sand and the sound of the waves.

The villa features a large private outdoor space, perfect for socializing, children's games, or simply relaxing in the shade. Inside, the spaces are spacious, well-maintained, and furnished in a rustic, welcoming style.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, plates, oven, refrigerator, and moka pot) and a dining table for 8. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed and an LCD TV. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, each furnished and equipped with spacious wardrobes.

The villa has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a second outdoor bathroom with a shower. Hot/cold air conditioning is available throughout and is included in the living room rate. The maximum occupancy is 6.

Fixed or mobile mosquito nets are available throughout the house.

Check-in and Reception

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

How to get there

• By car: Do not enter the center of Sperlonga, but follow the signs for the Salette area, next to the sports complex. From there, travel about 200 meters towards the sea. Follow the signs for Salette Beach Club .

• By train: Fondi/Sperlonga station (connected by bus and taxi); ideal bus stop: "Campo Sportivo"

• By plane: convenient access from all airports in Lazio and Campania
