Holiday Home Villa Nikita is on the sea in one of the most beautiful areas of Sperlonga where sea and nature are uncontaminated. You can enjoy in total relaxation the magic that a holiday almost on the beach can give you. The Villino has a large private space outside the house with a patio where adults and children can enjoy all hours of the day in total privacy.

We are in Via Salette a few meters from the beach, practically with the sand that almost reaches the entrance gate of the villa Nikita. At 10m the Summer Time establishment where you will find a beach umbrella + 2 sun loungers booked and included in the rental fee of the house. At all hours of your days at the beach, the establishment and accessories and a clear sea are always available.

Entering by car (max 2) from the large gate you can park in the private space of the house in an exclusive area closed to third parties. There is also plenty of space for games for the little ones who can be left free as the space is totally delimited. A large patio is functional to enjoy the cool during the daytime hours on the many occasions in the company of friends.

Entering the house we are immediately in a large living room with an American kitchen area. Here we find every accessory useful for your banquets and a comfortable table suitable for up to 8 people is available to guests. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, oven, refrigerator, etc. The natural wood furniture gives a pleasant rustic tone to the environment. In addition to the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed useful for enjoying the TV and for the night.

Next we find a comfortable and spacious bathroom complete with shower. There is also a second bathroom located outside complete with shower. The interior of the villa is completed by 2 comfortable double bedrooms furnished and complete with wardrobes and accessories. The whole is very well-kept and spacious.

The rooms of Villa Nikita are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. The use of air conditioning is free. The LCD TV provided is one. The maximum number of people that the house can accommodate is 6. There is also a play corner for the little ones in the house.

They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Guest Access

Holiday Home Villa Nikita is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Guests will have full access to the entire house with outdoor patio and all its amenities which include:

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi, it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. This house is suitable for self check-in, the method of which will be agreed upon later based on your needs.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise will be possible from Monday to Friday. Extra expenses

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Beach service is included at the Summer Time beach resort. Here you will have 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers at your disposal free of charge. The resort is comfortable and unsurpassed in services, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from June 1st to September 30th approximately.

The house has internal parking spaces.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

Late check-in:

Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these hours a supplement for extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

- possibility of private transport to and from the airport

We are able to accommodate the following requests should you need them:

- guided tours of Sperlonga and its surroundings and entrance tickets for the main attractions

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20.00 per night will be requested up to a maximum of € 100.00 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed.

We would like to inform you that there are no beaches that allow animals in Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers much to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a sandy beach that adults and children can enjoy, it is characterized by a historic center made up of narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass of wine in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the wonderful Belvedere walk, be careful, you might fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Villa di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many towns and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient seafaring city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, do not enter Sperlonga center but enter the Salette area from the sports area of Sperlonga. From the Flacca state road you will notice a sports complex with a tensile structure, soccer field and stands. From here, go 200 meters towards the sea and you have arrived. Follow the signs for Salette Beach Club. For those arriving by train, the most convenient station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served extensively by taxis and buses to our town. The ideal stop for those arriving by bus is the one at the "Campo Sportivo". For those arriving by plane, there is no advice to give as they are all within comfortable distances of Sperlonga.
