The Villa

Villa Polifemo is a splendid holiday home nestled in a large, tree-filled garden, perfect for groups of 6 to 8 people. A true paradise for children, who can play freely in a safe, green space.

Located at Via Polifemo 162 (formerly Via Cardi), in Sperlonga's most exclusive residential area, the villa is approximately 550 meters from Lido La Nave, a partner beach club easily accessible on foot. For those who prefer to travel by car, a parking space at the beach is included. The large internal parking area can accommodate multiple vehicles and is shared only with a small basement loft.

With approximately 100 square meters of interior space, the villa comprises a large living room with a 42" LCD TV, handcrafted furniture and a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils and crockery, and a dining table for 8 people.

Villa Polifemo has three double bedrooms (king size), all with private bathroom and shower:

One room is located on the ground floor

Two rooms on the first floor, with balcony and garden view

Outside you'll find large terraces equipped for al fresco dining and aperitifs, a patio with a table, an outdoor shower, and a private garden.

The villa has air conditioning and central heating, fixed or mobile mosquito nets, and free Wi-Fi.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter offices Nautico Sperlonga (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for registration. From there, you'll receive all the directions to the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

Pontine Islands Group Tour – One free ticket with the purchase of at least one ticket. The tour is available Monday through Friday. Departure is from San Felice Circeo.

Private "Pontine Islands" Tour – €200 Discount. The tour is available daily. Departure from Sperlonga or San Felice Circeo.

The date and time of the tour or rental must be agreed directly with I Love Charter based on availability and weather conditions.
