Casa Vacanza Polifemo is a fantastic villa suitable for 6/8 people and immersed in a very large and tree-lined garden. It is a paradise for children who have an immense space to play.

The accommodation, about 100 square meters inside, has large outdoor terraces ideal for lunches and drinks with friends. Located in via Polifemo n. 162 (formerly Via Cardi) which corresponds to the most exclusive residential area of Sperlonga. The distance from the Lido La Nave beach resort is about 550 meters but it can be covered on foot without effort. At the lido you will also find an additional parking space if you wish to reach it by car. Evening outings are all strictly on foot. The internal space in the garden reserved for cars is large and can easily accommodate more than one car. The parking spaces are shared with a loft in the basement of the villa but there is plenty of space for everyone.

Entering the house from the private gate facing the street we are in front of the entrance door and under the patio on the sea side. Beyond the entrance of the house we immediately find a large living room with a large LCD TV, furniture of various sizes and a double sofa bed for special hospitality needs. All the finishes of Casa Vacanza Polifemo are exceptional with many inserts in Vietri ceramics.

On the left side we find the large kitchen equipped with everything necessary: fridge, oven, dishwasher, utensils, pots, plates, glasses, etc. and with a large dining table for 8 people. The French window of the kitchen opens onto the outdoor patio overlooking the garden where we find a large table. In the garden there is also a shower box.

The sleeping area of the house is composed of three extremely refined and functional bedrooms. All are equipped with a king size double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom is adjacent to the living room on the ground floor while the other two are on the 1st floor which can be reached via an elegant wooden staircase. The bedrooms on the upper floor both have windows that overlook external balconies and offer a beautiful view of the garden.

All the rooms of Casa vacanza Polifemo are equipped with a free centralized air conditioning system to enjoy fresh air in summer and heat for the winter periods. In the living room there is a large 42' LCD TV

They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Guest Access

Casa Vacanza Polifemo is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents you will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. This house lends itself to self check-in whose method will be agreed later according to the needs.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise will be possible from Monday to Friday. Extra expenses

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Beach service is included at the Lido La Nave beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer for families and groups of friends. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers. The resort is central in the town and is in Via Salette n.24 and includes parking, very useful for the sea. The service is active from about April 1st to about October 15th.

The house has internal parking spaces.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at check-in.

Late check-in:

Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these hours a supplement for extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized.

We are able to accommodate the following requests should you need them:

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our home is very well cared for and we would like our guests to love it the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20.00 per night will be requested up to a maximum of € 100.00 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed.

We would like to inform you that there are no beaches that allow animals in Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a beach with fine sand that both adults and children are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and small shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the Belvedere walk which is wonderful. Be careful, you might fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away, we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Tiberius Cave where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few kilometers away there are many towns and historical locations to discover and visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much, much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga from the Gaeta side, arriving in the upper part of the town and go down the panoramic road Via Roma. The road will merge with Corso Via Cristoforo Colombo and then you will have to turn right onto Via Valle. Follow in the direction of Via Aubiere and then turn right onto Via Cardi. Another 100 meters and turn left onto Via Polifemo where at no. 162 you will find our wonderful villa. You can also choose to enter Sperlonga from the direction of Rome, finding yourself directly on Via Aubiere. For those arriving by train, the most convenient station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served extensively by taxis and buses to our town. For those arriving by plane, there is no advice to give as they are all within comfortable distances of Sperlonga
