The Villa

Villa La Limonaia is a charming two-level villa of approximately 100 square meters, with a large private garden, ideal for large families or groups of up to 6-8 people. Located on a side street off Via Roma, in one of Sperlonga's most exclusive and quiet residential areas, the villa combines the tranquility of nature with the convenience of being just steps from the historic center and the sea.

The bright and welcoming home is perfect for relaxing outdoors, thanks to the furnished patio and garden, which blooms in the summer months. A charming iron gate provides direct access to the sea.

On the ground floor, there's a spacious living area with two comfortable sofas (one of which converts to a double bed), a dining table for 8, and an LCD TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and features an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, and a perfect breakfast table.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with king-size beds, spacious wardrobes, balconies overlooking the greenery, and a twin bedroom with single beds, ideal for children and equipped with a play area.

The bathroom in the sleeping area is large and has a double sink, shower, and washing machine.

Villa La Limonaia features independent heating, air conditioning throughout (included in the price), free Wi-Fi, fixed or mobile mosquito nets, and a beautiful garden furnished for outdoor dining even in the cooler months.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you You will be met at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for registration. From there, you will receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

• By car: from Gaeta, follow Via Roma; halfway down the hill, an internal road on the right leads to the villa. Enter “Via Roma 33” into your navigator for the nearest reference point.

• By train: Fondi/Sperlonga station (connected by bus and taxi)

• By plane: convenient access from all airports in Lazio and Campania
