Casa Vacanza La Limonaia is a small villa of about 100 square meters with a large outdoor garden. It is on 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 6/8 people. It is located in a side street of Via Roma in one of the most prestigious and quiet residential areas of Sperlonga. It is a particularly happy location for tranquility but it is even more so for the extraordinary centrality with respect to the sea and the historic center.

Ideal for large families and groups, this villa is spacious, welcoming, romantic and full of light thanks to windows and glass doors that overlook the patio and the outside garden where it is pleasant to stay, even in winter, on sunny days, for outdoor lunches or simply for a tea. The garden has a pretty iron gate very convenient for daily trips to the sea. Lots of greenery and flowers in summer to make you enjoy a pleasant holiday.

Villa La Limonaia is furnished with functional and modern furniture and the whole creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the entrance door you will find yourself in a very large living area where we find a large dining table suitable for 8 people and 2 comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. Dinners with friends and relatives are also enjoyable thanks to the equipped kitchen that is adjacent to the living room. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, pans, dishes, plates, glasses, goblets, oven, dishwasher, fridge and an additional table ideal for breakfast.

Through a wooden staircase we go up to the sleeping floor where 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are perfectly organized. Two bedrooms have king size double beds and large wardrobes with drawers and also have windows with balconies overlooking their respective gardens. The third bedroom is for the little ones and has two single beds with a small play corner and a window that fills the room with light. The entire floor is served by a large bathroom with double sink and shower. In the bathroom we also find the washing machine.

The rooms of the villa are equipped with radiators for the winter months and air conditioning, the use of which is free. There is an LCD TV in the living room. Only one parking space is included in a private parking lot about 700 meters from the house. This Holiday Home, like all our homes, also has the beach establishment included in the price and within walking distance.

They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Guest Access

Villa La Limonaia is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Guests will have full access to the entire house and all its amenities which include:

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents you will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. This house lends itself to self check-in whose method will be agreed later according to the needs.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise will be possible from Monday to Friday. Other Things to Highlight

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Beach service is included at the La Lanterna beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer for families. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers + 1 director's chair. The resort is central to the town and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from around April 1st to around October 15th.

The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n.100 in the period from 1/05 approximately to 30/10 approximately. In other periods the parking is municipal which is paid in some particular periods.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

· Late check-in:

Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these hours a supplement for extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

· A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- Inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

- Possibility of private transport to and from the airport

· We are able to accommodate the following requests should you need them:

- extra cleaning during your stay

- washing and ironing

- crib

- babysitter

- guided tours of Sperlonga and its surroundings and entrance tickets for the main attractions

- boat excursions both along the coast and on the Pontine Islands with our company I Love Charter

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20.00 per night will be requested up to a maximum of € 100.00 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed.

We would like to inform you that there are no beaches that allow animals in Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers much to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a sandy beach that adults and children can enjoy, it is characterized by a historic center made up of narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass of wine in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the wonderful Belvedere walk, be careful, you might fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Villa di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many towns and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient seafaring city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga from the Gaeta side, arriving in the upper part of the town and go down the panoramic road Via Roma. Halfway down the hill there is an internal road on the right that leads to La Limonaia. The house has no street number but on the GPS/navigator enter Via Roma 33 which is the closest reference. For those arriving by train the most functional station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served extensively by taxis and buses to our town. For those arriving by plane there is no advice to give as all are at convenient distances from Sperlonga.
