The Loft

Casa Vacanza Polifemo Loft is an elegant, spacious, and bright basement apartment with high-quality finishes and air conditioning throughout. It is located at Via Polifemo 162 (formerly Via Cardi), in Sperlonga's most exclusive residential area, and is part of the same property as Villa Polifemo, which occupies the upper floors.

The entrance is reached via a comfortable paved path, crossing a garden with large green spaces and parking shared with the main villa.

The loft opens onto a unique space, expertly organized to combine comfort and functionality. The dining area features a table for 4 and opens onto a modern, fully equipped American-style kitchen: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and a moka pot.

The living/sleeping area includes a comfortable sofa facing the 42" LCD TV, a children's play area, a double sofa bed, and a king-size bed separated by a movable divider, as well as a large wardrobe. The spaces are well-organized and designed to offer relaxation and practicality at any time of day.

The apartment also includes a large bathroom with shower and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.

The loft has summer/winter air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca km 13.300) for registration.

From there, you'll receive all the directions to the villa. Those arriving by public transport can reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.
