Casa Vacanza Circe is about 80 square meters ideal to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is an apartment on the 2nd floor, very bright with large perimeter balconies. We are in Via Valle n. 11, that is, in the center of town, a few meters from the sea and with a spectacular view. It is very central and everything is within walking distance; the La Lanterna beach resort included in the price is 50 meters away, the supermarket is very close, the pharmacy is under the house, the village market which in Sperlonga is on Saturday is not far away.

Entering the house we find a hallway where the entrances to all the rooms that make up the house arrive. We find on the left the kitchen, very functional and complete and pleasant components. It is complete with everything needed: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, goblets, oven, fridge, comfortable table for lunch, dinner or breakfast. A pleasant window that overlooks the perimeter balcony fills the entire room with light.

In front of the kitchen there is the living room with a double sofa bed, a table suitable for 6 people and a TV corner. There is also a play corner for children. Here too a window with a balcony illuminates the room and the sea view is not lacking. The Circe apartment has a well-equipped bathroom complete with shower.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms both served by windows and balconies with sea view. The wardrobes, the chests of drawers are tasteful and very functional. Both have a king size double bed and can accommodate a cot if needed.

A well-proportioned air conditioning system nicely cools the house in summer and warms it in winter. The house is equipped with air conditioning, which is free to use.

They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Guest Access

Casa Vacanza Circe is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Guests will have full access to the entire house and all its amenities which include:

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents you will be given the directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise can be done from Monday to Friday. Extra expenses

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Beach service is included at the La Lanterna beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer for families. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers + 1 director's chair. The resort is central to the town and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from around April 1st to around October 15th.

The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n.100 in the period from 1/05 approximately to 30/10 approximately. In other periods the parking is municipal which is paid in some particular periods.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if small and authorized. An extra contribution of €20.00 per night will be requested up to a maximum of €100.00 depending on the extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed.

We would like to inform you that there are no beaches that allow animals in Sperlonga.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

Late check-in:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After these times, a supplement for extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- specific requests

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized.

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a beach with fine sand that both adults and children are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and small shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the Belvedere walk which is wonderful. Be careful, you might fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away, we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few kilometers away there are many towns and historical locations to discover and visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much, much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga from the direction of Gaeta, arriving in the upper part of the town and go down the panoramic road Via Roma. The road will merge with Corso Via Cristoforo Colombo and then you will have to turn right onto Via Valle. At the beginning of Via Valle you will find the parking space in an environment closed to the public and 50 meters away you will find Casa Vacanza Circe. You can also choose to enter Sperlonga from the direction of Rome, finding yourself directly on Via Valle. For those arriving by train the most functional station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served extensively by taxis and buses to our town. For those arriving by plane there is no advice to give as all are at convenient distances from Sperlonga.
