The Apartment
Casa Vacanza Circe is a welcoming 80-square-meter apartment, perfect for up to 6 people. It's located on the second floor of a building at Via Valle 11, in the heart of Sperlonga, just 50 meters from the sea and boasting breathtaking panoramic views.
The location is ideal for experiencing Sperlonga without a car: the partner beach resort "La Lanterna" is just steps away, the supermarket is very close, the pharmacy is downstairs, and the weekly Saturday market is within easy walking distance.
The apartment is very bright and features large wrap-around balconies, ideal for relaxing with a sea view.
Inside, the entrance opens onto a hallway that connects all the rooms of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans, glasses, a moka pot, and a comfortable table for breakfast or main meals. A window overlooking the balcony provides natural light.
The living room features a double sofa bed, a dining table for 6, a TV corner, and a children's play area. This room also offers a splendid sea view.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms (king size beds), both with balconies, functional wardrobes and enough space for a cot.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and all the amenities. The apartment features air conditioning (hot/cold), free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
Fixed or mobile mosquito nets are available throughout the house.

Check-in and Welcome
Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.
For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.
Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

• Boat or dinghy rental (with or without a boating license) – €50 discount on the rental price, valid in both Sperlonga and San Felice Circeo.

Notes
We remind our kind guests that the tourist tax is in force and paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is €2.50 per day for people over 18 and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13,300 at the Charter Nautical Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick recording of the documents You will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys of the same. It is recommended for those arriving by bus or taxi directly reach the house.We will try to accommodate your every requirement from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.
SOME PERIODS OF THE YEAR REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS.
The offices are open from 10 am and after the registration and the balance it is possible to take advantage of services immediately such as parking space and bathing establishment included in the price.
The check-in time in the house is fixed from 15 to 20 ma it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival it is possible to enter immediately. We ask for an extra €30.00 for check-ins after hours from 20.00 onwards.
Check-out is expected by 10:00 and in that day does not include any service
Our house is well cared for and we would like ours guests loved it equally. Prayer is not to make annoying noise in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or debit card is required on which a deposit of €200 is pre-authorised for any damages. If not yes have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will come fully refunded after final cleaning after check-out.
Pets are not allowed in the house.

E’ il secondo anno che fitto casa affidandomi a Casa Vacanze Sperlonga , e devo dire che quest’anno così come l’anno scorso è andata benissimo. Indiscussa la gentilezza dello staff e disponibilità ad ogni nostra richiesta (quasi nessuna,),appartamento ‘CIRCE’ molto luminoso, comodo e ottima posizione. Casa sempre molto fresca e ventilata in quanto esposta su tre lati. Unica pecca, la pressione dell’acqua molto lenta, in particolare al pomeriggio.
Grazie di cuore per la sua bellissima recensione e per averci scelto nuovamente anche quest’anno! 🌸 Siamo felici che abbia trovato l’appartamento Circe confortevole, luminoso e in ottima posizione, e che il soggiorno sia stato piacevole come lo scorso anno. Ha ragione sulla pressione dell’acqua: nei mesi estivi, quando Sperlonga è molto affollata, può capitare che l’intero comune risenta di questo problema, soprattutto nelle ore di maggiore utilizzo. Non è il primo anno che mi affido a Casa Vacanze, staff gentile e disponibili ad ogni evenienza. Buon contesto,appartamento molto luminoso e ottima posizione
vacanza perfetta
ho soggiornato in questo alloggio per una decina di giorni con due gatte. La casa è molto luminosa e comoda (ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali). l'esposizione su tre lati è fantastiva perchè la casa risulta molto ventilata. Zanzariere a prova di gatto in tutte le porte finestre, a due passi da tutti i servizi e dal mare. insomma sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.
