From the living room, a characteristic spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area on the first floor, consisting of a double bed, ideal for families or small groups.
The apartment has a full bathroom on the first floor with a shower, hot/cold air conditioning for maximum comfort in all seasons, and free WiFi.
Outside, a pleasant private patio furnished with an outdoor table allows you to enjoy lunch and dinner al fresco in complete tranquility.

Check-in and Welcome
Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.
For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.
Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

Notes
We remind our guests that a tourist tax is currently in effect, paid in full to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve our hospitality. This tax is €2.50 per day for guests over 18 years of age and is for the entire stay. It must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, our staff will welcome you at our offices located at Via Flacca, 13.300 km from Charter Nautico Sperlonga. After a warm welcome and a quick check-in, you'll be given directions to the apartment, where you'll find the keys. For those arriving by bus or taxi, we recommend driving directly to the apartment. We'll do our best to accommodate your every need from arrival to departure.
SOME PERIODS OF THE YEAR REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS.
The offices are open from 10:00 a.m., and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services, such as parking and a beach club, included in the price.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but can be flexible. If the house is available the evening before your arrival, you can move in immediately. We charge an additional €30.00 for late check-ins after 8:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.
Our home is very well cared for and we would like our guests to love it the same way. Please refrain from making annoying noises, out of respect for those around you, and refrain from smoking indoors.
If guests cause damage, they must immediately report it to the property manager. Guests are responsible for any damages. Upon check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required, along with a €200 damage deposit. If you do not have a card, this amount can be paid in cash upon check-in. The full amount will be refunded after the final cleaning fee is paid after check-out.
Our four-legged furry friends are welcome only with permission. An additional fee of €20 per night will be charged per pet, up to a maximum of €100 per pet, depending on the additional cleaning costs. A maximum of two pets are allowed.
