Description of the accommodation

Casa Vacanza Opuntia can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of:

• Living room with kitchenette : The entrance hall features a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils, providing everything you need to prepare your own meals.

• Full bathroom : Along the corridor you access a modern bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and set of towels.

• Bedroom : Continuing, there is an open-space bedroom with two single beds pushed together.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring comfort in any season. A washing machine is also available for extended stays.

There are stairs to access the apartment. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues or families with children in strollers.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

Welcome Gift

For each reservation made, we will be happy to offer you a credit of €30.00 to spend atI Love Charter for one of the following services:

• Boat or dinghy rental with or without a license
• Pontine Islands Tour or Circeo Caves Tour

Alternatively, you'll receive two free tickets for the "Blue Grotto Sperlonga" mini cruise when you purchase at least one ticket. The cruise is available at 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM.

The tour date and time must be agreed directly with the company organizing the excursion, based on availability and weather conditions.

The value of the gift will be deducted from the total price of the chosen tour, and you will only need to pay the difference.

• By plane: convenient access from all airports in Lazio and Campania
