The Apartment
Villetta Kair 260 is a comfortable holiday home with a large garden, located within the renowned Costa di Kair ed Din residence, in a central and panoramic position. The approximately 70 m2 interior is spread over a single level and is perfect for up to 6 people in a functional and relaxing environment.
The villa is composed of:

- Kitchen equipped with dishes, plates, glasses, refrigerator, coffee maker
- 2 double bedrooms furnished with wardrobes and chests of drawers

A children's play area , an exclusive garden and plenty of natural light make the ideal villa for families.
Important note : the washing machine is not present in the house , but is available to guests in a common area of the residence.

Check-in and Welcome
Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you At the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) to register. From there, you will receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.
For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.
Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

Notes
We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is €3.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. It must be paid in cash at check-in.
Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given directions to reach the Residence where they will give you behavioral information and keys to the apartment. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.
SOME PERIODS OF THE YEAR REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS.
The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.
The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival it is possible to enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.
Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.
Our home is very well cared for and we would like our guests to love it the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.
Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution per animal of €20 per night will be required up to a maximum of €100 per animal depending on the extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed. Only small animals are accepted. Pets will not be allowed in shared facilities such as swimming pool, beach, shuttle, restaurant, etc.
