Check-in and Welcome
Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca km 13.300) for registration. From there you will receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.
For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.
Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

• Boat or dinghy rental (with or without a boating license) – €50 discount on the rental price, valid in both Sperlonga and San Felice Circeo.

Notes
We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents You will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to it. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need requirement from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.
SOME PERIODS OF THE YEAR REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS.
The offices are open from 10am and after having made the registration and payment you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking space and beach establishment included in the price.
The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm. can be flexible and if the house is free the evening before your arrival You can enter right away. We ask for an extra €30.00 for check-ins after hours from 8pm onwards.
Check-out is by 10:00 am and in that time day does not include any service
Our house is very well kept and we would like our guests to guests love him equally. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. A credit or prepaid card is required at check-in on which a deposit of €200 is pre-authorised for any damages. If this is not the case owns a card the said amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after final cleaning after check-out.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
