The Apartment

Casa Vacanza Kair Bilo is a welcoming and panoramic 40-square-meter apartment, ideal for up to 4 people. It is located within the prestigious Costa Kair ed Din residence, surrounded by greenery and boasting a wonderful view of the Sperlonga sea.

The apartment is very bright, thanks to its large wraparound balconies overlooking the sea, and is spread over a single level. Upon entering, a comfortable hallway leads to the living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, refrigerator, dishes, plates, glasses, stemware, and a moka pot) and a dining table. The living room features a sofa bed with two single beds, a TV, and a small children's play area.

The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, dresser, and direct access to the balcony with sea views. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower. A washing machine, while not located in the apartment, is available to all guests in the residence's common areas.

The environment is cool and breezy, but still equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.

Note : Access to the residence's apartments is via stairs and terraces. Guests with limited mobility or strollers are advised to carefully consider these features.

Check-in and Reception

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.
