Casa Vacanza Kair Bilocale 224 is ideal for comfortably hosting 4 people. It is a panoramic, bright apartment with large perimeter balconies. It is very central in the context of the Residence and everything is easily accessible.

Entering the house we find a hallway that takes us to the living room of the house. On the left we find the kitchen corner, very functional and complete with everything needed: dishes, plates, glasses, fridge, comfortable table for lunch, dinner or breakfast. A pleasant window that overlooks the perimeter balcony fills the entire room with light. The living room is equipped with a sofa that opens to two single beds, and a TV corner. There is also a play corner for children. The apartment has a full bathroom. The washing machine is not physically present in the house but is available to all guests within the residence.

The sleeping area consists of a room with a window and a balcony with sea view. The wardrobes and chests of drawers are tasteful and very functional. The double bed is king size and the room can accommodate a cot if necessary.

The house is fresh and airy and is also equipped with air conditioning.

The residence is immersed in a hilly environment and is spread over several levels, connected by terraces and stairways. For this reason, access to the apartments may be less easy for people with mobility difficulties or families with strollers. We recommend evaluating these characteristics before booking, for a more comfortable stay.

They are houses located in a historic and renowned residence in Sperlonga (Costa di Kair ed Din) and are offered in an all-inclusive formula with all the comforts and attractions included in the price.

The tennis courts, the soccer field, a huge panoramic swimming pool for adults and children with lifeguard service, solarium, active from 01/06 to 27/09, the shuttle service to reach the town center active from 01/06 to 27/09, everything is available. The beach resorts active from 01/05 to 30/09, chosen on the Levante beach a few steps from the Grotta di Tiberio, are also included in the price. The all-inclusive is to leave the guest with the only commitment of having fun and relaxing by the pool or on the beach in the company of a good book or with friends.

Beach service is included at the Lido Costa Kair ed Din beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer for families. Here you will have 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers at your disposal free of charge and you can reach it by car in a couple of minutes where you will have 1 parking space at the beach resort included in the price.

At a well-stocked mini-market in the Residence (9-11:30/15:30-19:30) it is also possible to buy basic necessities such as bread, fresh milk, raw materials and packaged foods without necessarily reaching the center of Sperlonga, the mini-market is open from 26/06 to 03/09 at the disposal of guests for any type of need. Each apartment has an assigned parking space near the accommodation.

Services and comfort also in safety: the price includes the cost of insurance valid for all guests of the residence for the entire duration of the stay.

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents you will be given the directions to reach the Residence where you will be given behavioral information and keys to the apartment. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

Other Things to Highlight

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is entirely paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is €3.50 per day for guests over 18 years of age and up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. It must be paid in cash upon check-in.

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20.00 per night will be requested up to a maximum of € 100.00 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed. Only small animals are accepted.

Pets will not be allowed in shared facilities such as the swimming pool, beach, shuttle, restaurant, etc.
