The Apartment

Located within the renowned Costa di Kair ed Din residence, the Kair Trilo is a panoramic and bright apartment of approximately 65 m2 , with large perimeter balconies overlooking the sea , perfect for hosting up to 6 people .

• A living room with equipped kitchenette , dining table and sofa bed with two joinable single beds
• Two bedrooms : one double and one with two single beds
• A full bathroom
• Balcony or garden with panoramic view
• A play corner dedicated to the little ones

The apartment is cool and airy , with free air conditioning . A washing machine is available for all guests to use . The house is also ideal for families, with its spacious, bright spaces.

Note : the residence is spread over hilly levels with stairways and terraces. Access may not be easy for people with mobility difficulties or families with strollers.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca km 13.300) for registration. From there you will receive all the directions to access the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.
