Casa Vacanza Vespucci4 takes its name from the street of the same name. It is about 30 square meters and has been recently renovated. One of the strong points of this holiday home is its extraordinary centrality with respect to the attractions, bars and restaurants of this particular seaside area of Sperlonga. The address is Via A. Vespucci, n. 100. The Lido Belvedere beach resort included in the price of the house is about 200 meters away. At all hours of your days at the beach, n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers are always available.

Entering the house we find ourselves in a very pleasant environment in the furnishings with fine finishes in a marine theme. On the left there is the comfortable and fully equipped kitchen with the table positioned in front. Every utensil is available in the kitchen with dishes, plates and glasses, fridge, washing machine, etc. Next we find the bathroom with shower and then room with king size double bed with wardrobe and accessories. Well inserted in the context there is a comfortable double sofa bed perfect for the flat screen LCD TV and for the night.

The maximum number of people that the house can accommodate is 4. All spaces of the holiday home are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. The use of air conditioning is free. There is also a play corner for the little ones in the house.

Guest Access

Casa Vacanza Vespucci4 is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Guests will have full access to the entire house and all its amenities which include:

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi, it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. This house is suitable for self check-in, the method of which will be agreed upon later based on your needs.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise will be possible from Monday to Friday. Other Things to Highlight

Extra expenses

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Beach service is included at the Lido Belvedere beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer for families. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers. The resort is central in the town and is in Str. d'Angolo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from about April 1st to about October 15th.

The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n.100 in the period from 1/05 approximately to 30/10 approximately. In other periods the parking is municipal which is paid in some particular periods.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

Extra-hour check-in

Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After these times a supplement for extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

- possibility of private transport to and from the airport

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if Small and if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20.00 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100.00 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed.

We would like to inform you that there are no beaches that allow animals in Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers much to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a sandy beach that adults and children can enjoy, it is characterized by a historic center made up of narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass of wine in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the wonderful Belvedere walk, be careful, you might fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Villa di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many towns and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient seafaring city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga from the side towards Gaeta arriving in the upper part of the town. Going down the panoramic Via Roma you will immediately be in Via Cristoforo Colombo which is the main road of the town where immediately on the right you can turn to take Via A. Vespucci where at no. 100 there is your small apartment. For those arriving by train the most functional station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary manner by taxis and buses towards our country. For those arriving by plane there is no advice to give as all are at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
