Casa Vacanza Nibbio 26 is a comfortable and modern loft of approximately 40 square meters located at Via Roma 626 , just steps from the heart of Sperlonga's seaside resort. Recently renovated, it offers fresh, well-kept, and functional spaces, ideal for a couple or a small family of up to three .

The location is excellent: central and well-served, it allows you to reach restaurants, shops and the Lido Belvedere beach resort in just a few minutes on foot, included in the stay (1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers available).

The accommodation opens onto a single, well-organized space with:

• Fully equipped kitchen area: stove, fridge, dishes, dining table, moka pot
• Double sofa bed
• Fixed double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers
• Private bathroom with shower
• Washing machine and children's play area

The house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning , heating, and Wi-Fi. A reserved parking space is available in a private parking lot about 700 meters away.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.
