Casa Vacanza Colombo is an apartment of about 80 square meters with large balconies overlooking the sea and a wonderful terrace above for exclusive use. The terrace has garden furniture, plants and flowers in abundance and a shaded area to let you enjoy a pleasant holiday at any time of the day. The terrace is accessed via the condominium stairs.

We are located in Via Cristoforo Colombo n. 300, on the 2nd floor, with 1 parking space included in the price; we are in the heart of Sperlonga and facing the sea. It is a particularly happy location also for the proximity to the La Lanterna beach resort that we have selected for your days at the beach. The use of n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers + 1 director's chair is included in the fee.

Ideal for large families and groups of up to 7 people, this apartment is spacious, welcoming, romantic and full of light thanks to windows and glass doors overlooking the sea. The outdoor spaces are large and it is pleasant to stay there, even in winter, on sunny days, for outdoor lunches or simply for a tea. The swing on the terrace is a real joy for adults and children.

Casa Vacanza Colombo is furnished with pleasant and functional furniture and the whole creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the entrance door you find yourself in the hallway that leads to the kitchen, the living room and the sleeping area.

In the sleeping area we will find a first double bedroom with the first internal bathroom complete with shower box, the second bedroom has a double bed and an additional sofa bed. We find an additional complete bathroom with washing machine and another shower box between the 2 bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find pots, dishes, plates and glasses, oven, refrigerator and a small table suitable for breakfasts. For larger and larger lunches, the maxi table in the living room will be used. The kitchen is served by a very large balcony with sea view where it is pleasant to look out but it is also functional for the livability of the entire kitchen. The adjacent living room is very large and we find, in addition to a table with a sideboard, also a double sofa bed and a TV. All the rooms of Casa Vacanza Colombo are equipped with air conditioning (free use) for the summer and heating for the winter. In the house we find a convenient washing machine and drying area on the terrace. There is also a play corner for the little ones in the house.

They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Casa Vacanza Colombo is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents you will be given the directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise can be done from Monday to Friday. The mini-cruise will be with slow and pleasant navigation in the preferred area. More info on I Love Charter . Extra expenses

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Beach service is included at the La Lanterna beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer for families. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers + 1 director's chair. The resort is central to the town and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from around April 1st to around October 15th.

The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n.100 in the period from 1/05 approximately to 30/10 approximately. In other periods the parking is municipal which is paid in some particular periods.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

Late check-in:

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. After these hours a supplement for extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

- possibility of private transport to and from the airport

We are able to accommodate the following requests should you need them:

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if Small and if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20.00 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100.00 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed.

We would like to inform you that there are no beaches that allow animals in Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers much to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a sandy beach that adults and children can enjoy, it is characterized by a historic center made up of narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass of wine in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the wonderful Belvedere walk, be careful, you might fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Villa di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many towns and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient seafaring city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you can enter Sperlonga both from the side towards Gaeta arriving in the upper part of the town, and from the side towards Rome arriving directly in the sea area. In both cases you will immediately be in Via Cristoforo Colombo which is the main street of the town where at number 300 you will find the apartment. For those arriving by train the most functional station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served extensively by taxis and buses to our town. For those arriving by plane there is no advice to give as all are at convenient distances from Sperlonga.
