The Apartment
Casa Vacanza Colombo is a spacious and bright 80-square-meter apartment with a sea view, located on the second floor of a building at Via Cristoforo Colombo 300 , in the heart of Sperlonga's seaside resort. The location is exceptional: seafront, centrally located, and just steps from the "Lido La Lanterna" beach club (included in the price).
Guests also have access to a private panoramic terrace , accessible via the shared stairs. It is furnished with outdoor furniture and features a shaded area for relaxing at any time of day.
The apartment, ideal for up to 7 people, is composed of:
- A double bedroom with private bathroom and shower
- A second double bedroom with an additional sofa bed
- A second full bathroom , equipped with washing machine and shower box
- A large living room with dining table, sideboard, double sofa bed and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishes, moka pot and direct access to a balcony with sea view
All rooms are air conditioned (air conditioning for the summer and Heating for the winter) and equipped with mosquito nets (fixed or mobile). The terrace above is a real highlight, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing in the sun, or simply enjoying a sunset over the sea.
Included in the stay: 1 reserved parking space in private parking.

Check-in and Welcome
Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.
For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.
Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

Notes
We remind our kind guests that the tourist tax is in force and paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is €2.50 per day for people over 18 and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13,300 at the Charter Nautical Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick recording of the documents You will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys of the same. It is recommended for those arriving by bus or taxi directly reach the house.We will try to accommodate your every requirement from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.
SOME PERIODS OF THE YEAR REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS.
The offices are open from 10 am and after the registration and the balance it is possible to take advantage of services immediately such as parking space and bathing establishment included in the price.
The check-in time in the house is fixed from 15 to 20 ma it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival it is possible to enter immediately. We ask for an extra €30.00 for check-ins after hours from 20.00 onwards.
Check-out is expected by 10:00 and in that day does not include any service
Our house is well cared for and we would like ours guests loved it equally. Prayer is not to make annoying noise in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or debit card is required on which a deposit of €200 is pre-authorised for any damages. If not yes have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will come fully refunded after final cleaning after check-out.
Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution per animal of €20 per night up to a maximum of €100 per animal will be requested depending on the relative extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets are allowed.

Sono quattro anni che veniamo a Sperlonga per le vacanze estive e da due anni mi affido a casevacaza Sperlonga e ne sono entusiasta. Se si è in cerca di tranquillità e relax, questo posto è l’ideale.Le foto pubblicate dal sito rispecchiano la reale condizione e dotazione dell'appartamento. Si trova a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro, molto bello, pulito e luminoso. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort.. tra cui aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio sotto casa!!!!!E a Sperlonga è tutto dire!!! unico neo è la mancanza di un ascensore ( l appartamento è al secondo piano) ma va bene lo stesso 😊😊 un po' di ginnastica non fa male!!! Il punto forte è sicuramente dato dalla gentilezza e cordialità e disponibilità dell'agenzia. Alessandro pronto a darvi consigli utili sul vostro soggiorno .. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e spero di ritornare il prossimo anno per una vacanza un po' più lunga! Giudizio finale; ECCELLENTE!!!
