Casa Vacanza Minerva is a splendid villa of about 110 square meters divided equally on two levels. It is located in the center of Sperlonga seaside area at Via Delle Vite n. 88. The area is particularly convenient and functional to enjoy the best of Sperlonga given the proximity of only 10 meters from the beach and 300 meters from Lido La Nave included in the price. The villa is very fresh and well exposed and has a beautiful private garden that surrounds it. Entering the house you have the pleasant sensation of open space finding yourself immediately, after a comfortable hallway, in the large living room furnished with table, sofa and functional TV cabinet. The living room is beautiful, functional and comfortable for good evenings in company in front of a good film. A large terrace on the same level has a view of the private garden and is unsurpassed for pleasant summer chats. The kitchen is adjacent and the dimensions are discreet and respectable with furniture and accessories in order, equipped with an oven, dishwasher and fridge and much more. It is equipped with everything you need such as pots, dishes, plates, glasses, goblets, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. Next to the kitchen there is a functional bathroom complete with shower. A second bathroom equally large and complete with shower cabin is on the 1st floor and also includes the washing machine. The first bedroom with a single bed is on the living room floor and is complete with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Going up one floor we arrive at the sleeping area of the villa where we find three bedrooms with double beds. Comfortable wardrobes and useful mirrors are present in abundance. The windows with balconies have a sea view and have a view that immediately puts you in a good mood in the morning. The garden has a second pedestrian exit towards the beach particularly convenient for going to the beach.

Near the house we find the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, bars on the sea, restaurants, pizzerias and much more. The centrality of the house in the village makes it particularly functional also for evening outings both towards the historic center and towards the more modern seaside area.

Casa Vacanza Minerva has been recently renovated and everything is tidy and welcoming, from the systems, to the TV, to the furniture. The rooms of the house are equipped with air conditioning useful for the hottest days of summer. In the garden of the house closed by an electric gate it is possible to park a maximum of two cars.

On the lower floor of the villa there is a loft furnished and occupied by another family who also uses the parking for a single parking space.

They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Casa Vacanza Minerva is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi, it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise can be done from Monday to Friday. Extra expenses

· The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly change of linen is included in the price.

· Beach service is included at the Lido La Nave beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer for families and groups of friends. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers. The resort is central to the town and is in Via Salette n.24. The service is active from around 1 April to around 15 October.

· Possibility of 2 parking spaces inside the house

Sperlonga City Tax

· We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is €2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at check-in.

· Late check-in: We ask for an extra €30.00 for late check-ins from 8.00 pm onwards.

· A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

- we can arrange private transportation to and from the airport

· We are able to accommodate the following requests should you need them:

- extra cleaning during your stay

- washing and ironing

- crib

- babysitter

- guided tours of Sperlonga and its surroundings and entrance tickets for the main attractions

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a beach with fine sand that both adults and children are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and small shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the Belvedere walk which is wonderful. Be careful, you might fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away, we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few kilometers away there are many towns and historical locations to discover and visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much, much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga from the side towards Terracina. The road will merge with Corso Via Cristoforo Colombo and then you will have to turn right onto Via Delle Vite. Another 50 meters and you will have arrived in front of the gate of the house. You can also choose to enter Sperlonga from the direction of Gaeta but you will have to cross the entire town going down towards Sperlonga mare finding yourself directly on Via Cristoforo Colombo. At the end of the promenade you will find Via Delle Vite on the left. For those arriving by train, the most convenient station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served by taxis and buses to our town. For those arriving by plane there is no advice to give as they are all within easy distances of Sperlonga.
