The Villa

Casa Vacanza Minerva is a comfortable two-story villa of approximately 110 square meters, located just steps from the sea at Via delle Vite 88, in the heart of Sperlonga's seaside resort. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday: just 10 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the partner "Lido La Nave" beach club, included in the price of your stay.

The villa, well-exposed and naturally cooled, is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with a separate entrance and double access, also ideal for easily reaching the beach on foot. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a dining table, comfortable sofas, and a TV stand. The living room opens onto a small terrace overlooking the garden, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing.

The adjacent kitchen is well-organized and fully equipped: oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, moka pot, and glasses. Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.

The sleeping area is on the first floor, consisting of three double bedrooms, all with wardrobes and large windows overlooking the sea. A second full bathroom with shower and washing machine serves this area.

The villa is air-conditioned (hot/cold air) and offers parking for up to two cars in the garden, which is enclosed by an electric gate. On the lower floor, there is a separate apartment occupied by another family, who uses a reserved parking space.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

• By car: enter from Via Cristoforo Colombo, then turn onto Via delle Vite. The villa entrance is approximately 50 meters away.

• By train: Fondi/Sperlonga station, connected by bus and taxi

• By plane: all the airports in Lazio and Campania are easily reachable
