The Villa
Casa Vacanza Minerva is a comfortable two-story villa of approximately 110 square meters, located just steps from the sea at Via delle Vite 88, in the heart of Sperlonga's seaside resort. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday: just 10 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the partner "Lido La Nave" beach club, included in the price of your stay.
The villa, well-exposed and naturally cooled, is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with a separate entrance and double access, also ideal for easily reaching the beach on foot. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a dining table, comfortable sofas, and a TV stand. The living room opens onto a small terrace overlooking the garden, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing.
The adjacent kitchen is well-organized and fully equipped: oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, moka pot, and glasses. Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area is on the first floor, consisting of three double bedrooms, all with wardrobes and large windows overlooking the sea. A second full bathroom with shower and washing machine serves this area.
The villa is air-conditioned (hot/cold air) and offers parking for up to two cars in the garden, which is enclosed by an electric gate. On the lower floor, there is a separate apartment occupied by another family, who uses a reserved parking space.

Check-in and Welcome
Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.
For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.
Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

Notes
We remind our guests that a tourist tax is currently in effect, paid in full to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve our hospitality. This tax is €2.50 per day for guests over 18 years of age and is for the entire stay. It must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents You will be given directions to reach the apartment where You will find the keys to it. For those arriving by bus or taxi, it is recommended reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.
SOME PERIODS OF THE YEAR REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS.
The offices are open from 10am and after having made the registration and payment you can immediately take advantage of the services such as Parking space and beach resort included in the price.
The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but It can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival You can check in immediately. We ask for an extra €30.00 for check-ins. after hours from 8pm onwards.
Check-out is by 10:00 am and in that time day does not include any services
Our house is very well kept and we would like our guests to Guests loved it equally. The prayer is not to make them annoying. noise in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. A credit or prepaid card is required at check-in. on which a deposit of €200 is pre-authorised for any damages. If this is not the case If you have a card, the amount can be given in cash at check-in. fully refunded after final cleaning after check-out.
