The Apartment

Casa Vacanza Madonnella 10 is a charming loft of approximately 40 square meters, located in the heart of Sperlonga's historic center, at Via Madonnella 10. Its strategic location, halfway between the upper part of the village and the seafront, makes it perfect for both days on the beach and evening strolls through the alleys of the center.

The first-floor apartment stands out for its original architectural features: exposed stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and large windows that provide a splendid light and a relaxing sea view. The interior is well-organized and welcoming: the living area features a kitchen, dining table, single sofa bed, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, pots and pans, glasses, and a moka pot; it also includes a washing machine.

The sleeping area is split over two levels: an elevated double bedroom with a sea view and a smaller bedroom below with a queen-size bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. Wardrobes, mirrors, and functional storage spaces are also provided.

The apartment is air-conditioned (hot/cold) and recently renovated. A reserved parking space is included in the private parking lot on Via della Vite, about 700 meters away. The Lido Belvedere beach club, included in the price, is just steps away.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.
