Casa Vacanza MADONNELLA 10 is a splendid loft of about 40 square meters in the historic center along the path that connects Sperlonga alta to the seaside area.

The address is Via Madonnella 10 (GPS coordinates 41°15'22.7"N 13°26'05.6"E) and the construction features are typical and unique of the past with stone walls, vaulted ceilings and large windows with great brightness. The loft is positioned at the beginning of the historic center so as to be very functional both for days at the beach and for evening outings in the square. The sea view completes the beauty of the loft offering sensations of particular well-being. It is on the first floor so it is particularly comfortable, very fresh and well exposed. Entering the house you have the pleasant sensation of ample space immediately finding yourself in the kitchen area with living room furnished with dining table, sofa bed and functional TV. The kitchen has very respectable dimensions with totally new furniture and accessories, equipped with oven, fridge and much more. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, goblets, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. Integrated in the kitchen furniture we also find the washing machine. The sleeping area is composed of a raised area for the double bed which also offers a pleasant sea view and a bedroom below with a comfortable queen-size bed. In the living room a sofa bed is useful for an additional bed. Comfortable wardrobes and useful mirrors are present in abundance. The silence of the historic center and the sea view immediately put you in a good mood in the morning.

The location of the house is fantastic and about 100 meters away we find the seafront with restaurants, bars, boutiques, and every type of welcome service. Also the Lido Belvedere bathing establishment included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturday are pleasantly reachable on foot. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, bars on the sea, restaurants, pizzerias and much more.

Casa Vacanza Madonnella 10 has been recently renovated and everything is tidy and welcoming, from the systems, to the TV, to the furniture. The rooms of the house are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning useful for the hottest days of summer and for the cold of winter. Only one parking space is included in a private parking lot about 700 meters from the house. This Holiday Home, like all our homes, has the beach establishment included in the price and within walking distance.

Guest Access

Casa Vacanza Madonnella 10 is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi, it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise will be possible from Monday to Friday. Other Things to Highlight

Extra expenses

The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and sleeping areas. For periods longer than a week, all linen is changed at our expense, in agreement with the customer and on a weekly basis. For cleaning, only final cleaning is included.

Beach service is included at the Lido Belvedere beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers. The resort is central to the town and is in Via del Porto, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from approximately April 1st to approximately October 15th.

The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n.100 in the period from 1/05 approximately to 30/10 approximately. In other periods the parking is municipal which is paid in some particular periods.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

Late check-in:

We ask for an extra €30.00 for late check-ins from 8pm onwards.

A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- upon arrival at the house we will give you maps and advice on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

- we can arrange private transportation to and from the airport

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a beach with fine sand that both adults and children are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and small shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the Belvedere walk which is wonderful. Be careful, you might fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away, we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few kilometers away there are many towns and historical locations to discover and visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much, much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga from the side towards Gaeta, arriving in the upper part of the town and go down the panoramic road Via Roma. The road will merge with the course Via Cristoforo Colombo. Here we recommend unloading your luggage and then arriving at the private parking Toscano located in Via della Vite. Once you have parked your car, go 100 meters uphill towards the historic village and you will find yourself along the historic road connecting the upper and lower parts of the town. Along the little road, on the left there will be a lovely and beloved Madonnella waiting for you. Next to it is your little apartment. For those arriving by train, the most convenient station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served extensively by taxis and buses to our town. For those arriving by plane there is no advice to give as they are all within comfortable distances of Sperlonga.
