The Villa

Casa Vacanza Minerva is a comfortable two-level villa of about 110 square meters, located a few steps from the sea, in Via delle Vite 88, in the heart of the seaside area of Sperlonga. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation: just 10 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the affiliated establishment "Lido La Nave", included in the stay.

The villa, well exposed and naturally cooled, is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with independent entrance and double access, also ideal for easily reaching the beach on foot. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a dining table, comfortable sofas and a TV cabinet. The living room overlooks a small terrace overlooking the garden, perfect for outdoor dining or moments of relaxation.

The adjacent kitchen is well organized and fully equipped: oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, moka pot and glasses. Also on the ground floor there is a single bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobes and large windows with sea view. A second complete bathroom with shower and washing machine serves this area.

The villa is air conditioned (hot/cold air) and it is possible to park up to 2 cars inside the garden, closed by an electric gate. On the lower floor there is an independent apartment, inhabited by another family, who uses a reserved parking space.

Interaction with Guests

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the offices of Charter Nautico Sperlonga (Via Flacca km 13.300) for registration. From there you will receive all the instructions to access the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be agreed upon according to needs.

Welcome Gift

For each reservation we offer 2 free tickets (1 ticket per person) for the mini cruise “Grotta Azzurra Sperlonga” lasting 1:30 hours. (time slots 14:00 or 15:30).

Alternatively, you can use the value of the tickets as a discount for the "Riviera di Ulisse" or "Isole Pontine" tours.

Offer valid from May 1st to October 30th, subject to availability and weather conditions.

How to get there

• By car: entrance from Via Cristoforo Colombo, then turn onto Via delle Vite. The entrance to the villa is approximately 50 metres away.

• By train: Fondi/Sperlonga station, connected by bus and taxi

• By plane: all the airports in Lazio and Campania are easily reachable
