The Apartment

Casa Vacanza Cariddi Loft is a charming studio apartment of about 30 square meters, located in a quiet private side street of the central Via Valle, in Sperlonga. Although it does not have balconies or outdoor spaces, it offers well-organized environments and functional solutions to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It is located a few steps from the sea and all the main services of the center.

Perfect for accommodating up to 4 guests, the apartment consists of a single room with two comfortable double sofa beds. At the entrance we find a relaxation area with a TV corner, followed by a kitchen equipped with a dining table, slightly lowered compared to the rest of the room. The kitchen is complete with everything you need: pots, pans, dishes, plates, glasses, goblets, oven, refrigerator with freezer and moka for coffee. There is a large wardrobe with mirror.

The bathroom is modern and well-equipped, complete with shower, washing machine and dryer. A French window illuminates the room and overlooks the private access road.

The environment is air conditioned with hot/cold system, the use of which is free. The apartment is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Interaction with Guests

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the offices of Charter Nautico Sperlonga (Via Flacca km 13.300) for registration. From there you will receive all the directions to access the villa. For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be agreed upon according to needs.

Welcome Gift

For each reservation made, we will be happy to offer you a credit of €30.00 to spend at I Love Charter for one of the following services:

• Rent a boat or dinghy with or without a boat license
• "Pontine Islands" Tour or "The Circeo Caves" Tour

Alternatively, you will be entitled to two free tickets for the mini cruise “Grotta Azzurra Sperlonga” , upon purchase of at least one ticket. The cruise is available at 14:00 and 15:30.

The date and time of the tour must be agreed directly with the company organizing the excursion, based on availability and weather conditions.

The value of the gift will be deducted from the total price of the chosen tour, and you will only need to pay the difference.
