Casa Vacanza Opuntia accommodates up to 4 guests and is composed of:

Living Room with Kitchenette: Upon entry, you'll find a bright living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils, offering everything needed for self-catering.

Full Bathroom: Off the hallway, there is a modern bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and a full set of towels.

Small Bedroom: Continuing on, there is a room with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring comfort in any season. A washing machine is also available for extended stays.

Please note: there are stairs to access the apartment. It is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or families with strollers.

Guest Interaction

Check-In and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga office (Via Flacca km 13.300) for registration. You’ll then receive all the directions to reach the apartment.

If arriving by public transport, it’s possible to go directly to the house.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

Welcome Gift

For every reservation made, we are pleased to offer a €30 credit to use with I Love Charter for one of the following services:

• Boat or dinghy rental (with or without a license)

• “Pontine Islands” Tour or “Circeo Caves” Tour

Alternatively, you can receive two free tickets for the “Grotta Azzurra Sperlonga” mini-cruise with the purchase of at least one ticket. The cruise runs at 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM.

The date and time of the tour must be arranged directly with the organizing company, based on availability and weather conditions.

The value of the gift will be deducted from the total cost of the chosen tour, and only the remaining balance will be due.

• By plane: easily reachable from all airports in Lazio and Campania
