Casa Vacanza Mare Verde is a splendid apartment of about 75 square meters in the center of Sperlonga sea area at Via Valle n. 222, in the Mare Verde residential complex. The prestigious complex is a rare oasis of greenery and peace, totally private and delimited in the center of Sperlonga. It is on the first floor of a very cool and well-exposed building. Entering the house you have the sensation of open space finding yourself immediately, after a small hallway, in the large living room furnished with a dining table, double sofa bed. A 2nd sofa is in front of the TV for good evenings in company in front of a good film. A large terrace on the same level has a view of the park and is unsurpassed for pleasant summer chats. The kitchen is adjacent and the dimensions are very respectable with totally new furniture and accessories, equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge and much more. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, goblets, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom complete with shower and sink for laundry. Next to the bathroom a cabinet with doors contains the washing machine. The main bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. It is complete with everything including a shower. In the sleeping area we find the 2 bedrooms where there is 1 maxi size double bed and two single beds. Comfortable wardrobes and useful mirrors are present in abundance.

The location of the house is fantastic and about 50 meters away we find the seafront with restaurants, bars, boutiques, and every type of welcome service. Also the La Lanterna bathing establishment included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturday are just a few steps away. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias and much more. The centrality of the house in the village makes it particularly functional also for evening outings both towards the historic center and towards the more modern seaside area. The rooms are large enough to insert a cot.

The rooms of the house are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning useful for the hottest days of summer and for the cold of winter. For the coldest winter months the heating system is activated. 1 parking space under the house in the garage is included. This Holiday Home, like all our homes, has the beach establishment included in the price and within walking distance.

They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Guest Access

Casa Vacanza Mare Verde is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos.

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys to the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi, it is recommended to reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy all your needs from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each reservation we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise “Sperlonga” or “San Felice Circeo” for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise will be possible from Monday to Friday. Other Things to Highlight

Extra expenses

· The price includes final cleaning and general utilities as well as linen for both bathrooms and sleeping areas. For periods longer than a week, all linen is changed at our expense, in agreement with the customer and on a weekly basis. Only final cleaning is included.

· Beach service is included at the La Lanterna beach resort, which is the best that Sperlonga has to offer for families. Here you will have at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds + 1 director's chair. The establishment is central in the town and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from about April 1st to about October 15th.

· The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking in the garage inside the residential complex right in the basement of the condominium

Sperlonga City Tax

· We remind our kind guests that the Tourist Tax is in force and is paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is €2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

· Late check-in:

We ask for an extra €30.00 for late check-ins from 8pm onwards.

· A few days before your arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

- we can arrange private transportation to and from the airport

· We are able to accommodate the following requests should you need them:

- extra cleaning during your stay

- guided tours of Sperlonga and surroundings and tickets entrance to the main attractions

- boat excursions both along the coast and on the Pontine Islands with our company I Love Charter

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after registering and paying the balance, you can immediately take advantage of the services such as parking and beach establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival you can enter immediately. We ask an extra € 30.00 for check-ins out of hours from 8pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day.

Our House is very well cared for and We would like Our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit for any damages of €200 is pre-authorized. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out.

Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if Small and if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20.00 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100.00 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed.

We would like to inform you that there are no beaches that allow animals in Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers much to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged at sea. In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a beach with fine sand that adults and children are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan workshops and shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass in the company of friends. A few steps lower we find the Belvedere walk which is wonderful. Be careful, you could fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio discovered in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many towns and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient seafaring city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga from the side towards Gaeta, arriving in the upper part of the town and go down the panoramic road Via Roma. The road will merge with the course Via Cristoforo Colombo and then you will have to turn right onto Via Valle. After 200 meters you will find a large gate where you will find Complesso Mare Verde written. You can also choose to enter Sperlonga from the direction of Rome, finding yourself directly on Via Valle. For those arriving by train, the most functional station is Fondi/Sperlonga. The station is served extensively by taxis and buses to our town. For those arriving by plane there is no advice to give as all are at convenient distances from Sperlonga.
