The Apartment

Casa Vacanza Mare Verde is an elegant 80-square-meter apartment located in the prestigious "Mare Verde" residential complex at Via Valle 222, in the heart of Sperlonga. The residence is a quiet, peaceful oasis of greenery, completely fenced and private, yet located right in the center, just 100 meters from the sea.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-exposed and very cool building. A small entrance hallway leads to a spacious living room with a dining table, a double sofa bed, and a second sofa facing the TV—the perfect setting for relaxing with friends. A small terrace overlooking the complex's park offers the perfect space for outdoor summer chats.

The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is spacious and completely renovated, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, pots and pans, glasses, and everything you need. Next door, a half bathroom has a shower, laundry sink, and a built-in washing machine. The second, main bathroom, is located in the sleeping area and features a shower.

The sleeping area features two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. Spacious wardrobes and mirrors complete the space, and all are large enough to comfortably accommodate a crib.

The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, heating with radiators for the winter months, mosquito nets (fixed or mobile) and a reserved parking space in the garage inside the residence.

Check-in and Welcome

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga offices (Via Flacca, km 13.300) for check-in. From there, you'll receive all the instructions for accessing the villa.

For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly.

Self check-in is also available, to be arranged according to your needs.

• By car: From Gaeta, follow Via Roma, then Via Cristoforo Colombo, and turn onto Via Valle. The Mare Verde complex is clearly signposted about 200 meters away.

• By train: Fondi/Sperlonga station, connected by bus and taxi

• By plane: easy access from all airports in Lazio and Campania
